I am a mother, a healer, and an ardent seeker of truth and integrity. I choose to live in alignment with my values rather than the fleeting approval of others. My work intertwines a rich tapestry of coaching, astrology, spirituality, and depth psychology.

With over two decades of experience, I hold an ACC certification as a Professional Credentialed Life & Business Coach from the International Coaching Federation, alongside qualifications as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Master of Usui Reiki. Recently, In recent years I’ve embraced my passion for astrology, dedicating time to mastering this ancient art, further enriching my practice.

Throughout my journey, I have navigated significant challenges, including thriving through breast cancer twice and a complex divorce in a foreign land. As a single mother of two vibrant sons, I have gathered wisdom from life’s trials, emerging stronger and more resilient.

I am constantly learning, expanding my knowledge, and committed to the deep inner work necessary to embody, the wisdom I share. Where does Astrology come in?

Exploring your Astrology Chart, which is our unique planetary blueprint will provide deep insights into your personality, motivations, desires, your soul purpose, and your potential areas for growth. We can see which planets will affect your Natal Chart and impact you, your life, and the themes, which will play out for you.

Astrological transits bring your chart alive in the here and now and allow you to look ahead into the coming days, weeks, and years. Knowing which transits are coming ahead of time, also enables us to integrate the themes of the transit and to work with the energy. Some transits are rare, only occurring at specific times in your life and others come around more regularly. You can take this information and apply it to navigate more effectively and enrich your life.
